Since the financial crisis happened in 2007, the newspaper industry in all the world, especially the United States, had been affected greatly, but "The Wall Street Journal", The world's leading financial media, had achieved impressive results.There is a reason as follow: newspaper-networks integration, that put down the declining of the loss of readers and the advertising benefits, and While expanded the influence. Newspaper-networks integration of "The Wall Street Journal" basically achieved the interdependence of the newspapers and networks, complementary advantages, winning together, and positive interaction, which provided for reference sample of the newspaper-networks integration in China.In this paper, through the use of journalism, communications, media and other subjects of management theory, parses the newspaper-networks integration of " The Wall Street Journal" , analyses the factors of its success, and points out the practical significance. Besides, taken the issues and the environment at the process of newspaper-networks integration in China as reference, this paper is trying to get some certain inspirations from such a successful model of newspaper-networks integration in the United States.This paper gives some inspirations for our newspaper medias from the newspaper-networks integration of"The Wall Street Journal"as follows: First, update their concepts and initiate a process of "newspaper-network integration"; Second, improve the system to build a media carrier of the new era with market as guide; Third, strengthen interaction in order to take the road of brand; Fourth, streamline administration and optimize human resources; Fifth, improve the business and expand the multi-profit faceted margins.
