After the financial crisis, China’s state-owned large enterprises has accelerated the pace of overseas acquisitions, which is not only based on the strategic needs of the country but also to seek their own development of globalization.At such background, a takeover in 2012 caused widespread concern in foreign and homeland media. That is:in July 23,2012, China National Offshore Oil Corporation announced a $15.1 billion acquisition of Canadian oil company Nexen, which is the largest overseas acquisition completed by Chinese company so far, this especially caused the attention of natural and foreign media.This paper selected two representative media, named<Asian Wall Street Journal>and <21stCentury Business Herald>, to be analyzed by choosing the 220 day’s reports of the two media in July 23,2012 to February 27,2013.And then through text analysis, case analysis and comparative analysis of the methods to compare the two media’s reports. From the perspective of journalistic professionalism and frame theory, the paper will observe the different attitudes of domestic and foreign media, to analyze different media’s tendentious attitude concerning the major issues of national interest, and how to maintain objectivity, neutrality and impartiality. In addition, a simple comparison still need empirical summary, to further explore the causes of the difference based onthe analysis and the study conclusion, and collude reports and complex social relationships to explore social patterns, economic development, commercial interest and other elements on the reported framework and constraints.Through the analysis of the two media reports, we can conclude that whatever the genre and way of writing, both them express the implicit advice by certain ways and citing relevant sources, so as to achieve the purpose of serving the interests of their respective countries, at this point, both exhibit a high degree of consistency. We can say that the attitudes of official impact and represent their attitude, but on the whole the two media refer to a number of objective information, remain cautious, objective and pragmatic attitude.
