| The topic discusses about the influence on pig in the hot and humid climate in summer in southern China,and the environmental pollution made from feces and waste in pigsty. We develop a microclimate environmental control system which fit to the climate in South China. The purpose of the control system is based on temperature and humidity index (THI) combined with humidity, litter temperature and ammonia concentration as the main control parameters,and also combine with the physiological characteristics of pigs to make up a rational control program to effectively improve pig environment and reduce the environmental pollution caused by pigsty. Therefore, this paper makes use of technology of sensor, automatic detection, communications and micro-computer to keep monitoring environmental factors in the pigsty (including air temperature, humidity, litter temperature and ammonia concentration),and succesfully develop a sub-system for collection of environmental parameters in pigsty,and a data management sub-system. The collection subsystem which used STC8958RD as the core realize function of collection and display of environmental parameters,controling cooling equipment(including spray, curtain and fan) by programming and designing of peripheral circuits. Integrated data management subsystem realize function of display storage, query and statistic for environmental parameters in pigsty by using RS485 interface to communicate with the subsystem,and can realize a function of remote manual control for those cool equipments in pigsty. Integrated data management system provides a simple interactive interface help users to operate more intuitive and convenient.In this paper, we elaborate hardware and software design for lower machine unit in control systems and PC data management system,and also give a brief mention about drive units.The whole system operate smoothly and normally after setting up on-site and debugging for run. |
