| A major tendency in the development of educational technology nowadays is the application of virtual reality technology, by which the internal world of the human body and the microscopic world of the cell that can not be seen with naked eyes or taken by the camera are presented with unprecedented efficiency and perfection.The 3D interactive learning system built on 3D Game Studio for delivering mechanism clearly brings about vivid presentation for medical trainees, thus improving the training quality with lower cost.This paper involves the working steps and complete process of the 3D interactive learning system, as well as a detailed description of how the softwares as Photoshop, Poser, 3DMAX,3D Game Studio are used in the working process. Specific contents are as follows:1) Detail characteristics of female pelvis are carefully analyzed in order to accurately make the pelvis model in accordance with index of every feature of the female pelvis.2) The fetal model is made by Poser, the master of human modeling software, and then exported to 3 DM AX for optimization. Under the vertex mode of 3 DM AX, ways are found to change the girding disorder produced by Poser exporting model.3) MED is a model editor based on 3D Game Studio, into which the fetal and pelvis models from 3DMAX are imported, then the UV maps are given, animation of delivering process for every stage is made with methods of skeletal animation.4) Animation control of the model, spin interaction and knowledge focus display are realized by application of SED, and as a result, the 3D interactive learning system is initially implemented. |
