ERP is the abbreviation of Enterprise Resource Planning. It's company management software with the management accounting as the core, supporting the integrated real time information which is area-cross, department-cross, even company-cross. ERP system obtains the order from customers, complete the process and delivery then get paid. The ERP integrates the resources; make plans on purchasing, manufacture, cost, stocks, distributions, transportation, finance and human resources, with the aim to achieve best profits.This paper mainly focused on the following aspects:analysis of the present situation of pharmaceutical distribution business, the configuration of operation platform, the process of the ERP implementation, the analysis of the ERP workflow and the training.Firstly, the papaer analyzes the current business models of the company and draws a detailed picture of the organizational structure of the company. After this, we can choose suitable software for the company from the candidate ERP suppliers, which in this paper the ERP from a Beijing company is the final decision. Next is to make a detailed analysis on the demand, then allocate the hardware, software and the network according to the demand:choose a server and deploy the operating system, choose suitable router and switchboard, set up the local network, create the database and the network environment. Then followed is the introduction of every step of the ERP implementation, including the design and create of the warehouse table design and the start of the workflow. After the design of the workflow is the data transplantation. And the problems will be fixed during the test. Finally is the training of the users and set up the training files. Till now the ERP implementation is completed and the rest work is to track the system.Secondly, by rebuilding the conception, process and organization, is to improve the financial management and warehouse management system at one go. Improve the efficiency of financial and warehouse management, achieve the flat management of the company to improve the ability of employees, rebuild the business mode, optimize the distribution of the recourses of the company, strengthen the market forecast analysis and financial analysis control, reduce the circulation period, reduce the inventory and amount of fund used, strengthen the basic management and accelerate the ERP application integration and boost the build of informationization.ERP business process analysis starts from the description of current business process, and builds specific requirement analysis, workflow chart, and requirement implementation and result comparison. Improve the old business mode, and standardize the company management. The last phase of the implementation is the transaction of the files and signs the acceptance report, and training of system administrator and users. And file the training record for transaction. The basic work of ERP implementation is to rebuild the organizational structure and business process of the company, ERP system requires the company to build a flexible flat organizational structure and react quickly to the market to meet the requirement of customers and market opportunities, to build the company's competition advantages.
