ERP is the acronym of Enterprise Resource Planning in English, Resource planning is its chinese meaning, It is a enterprise management software that can provide cross-regional, inter-departmental, or even real-time information integration and manage the core accounting.ERP will be access to customer orders, and completing the processing and delivery, the final payment by customers. Together all these resources, procurement, production, cost, inventory, distribution, transportation, finance, human resources planning, to achieve the best combination of resources, to achieve the best results.This article is mainly aimed as a group of business management Huatai Group Analysis, Information Systems operating platform configuration, ERP implementation, ERP business process analysis and personnel training and other aspects.This paper analyzes the Huatai Group's existing business model, developing a detailed organization structure, through the analysis of ERP software suppliers and study, we choose the company's software development requirements and develop a detailed needs analysis, making sure to choose software configuration on hardware demand and network environment, and to set up database systems and network environments.
