The Design Of Measure And Control System Of Wheelchair Fatigue Tester

With the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to the quality of life, especially for the elderly and physically disabled. While, Wheelchair is a very important tool for them to improve the life quality, so, the research on wheelchair is getting increasingly emphasis. At present, in international scope, University of Pittsburgh in USA and National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan have done research to wheelchair systematically, but the domestic research is not deeply enough. So, this topic improved the original HT-9340 wheelchair dynamic durability tester, changed it to automatic control from manual control, and added a new function to it which is the noise signal measurement function. So the work of research on wheelchair can be changed more systematically.After systematically researched on HT-9340 wheelchair dynamic durability tester, this topic designed a control and measurement system based on LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) and DAQ-6221/PCI. This system can realize automatic control to wheelchair fatigue tester, and measure noise signal of wheelchair. On the design, this system realized the speed measurement of roller of tester used hardware circuit, used the principle of the measurement of microphone and the function of Amplifier LF356, realized the acquisition of noise signal of wheelchair in the motion process. At last, with the help of DAQ, this system realized the purpose that control wheelchair fatigue tester and measure noise signal of wheelchair.Through a large number of experiments and debugging, finally realized the automatic control and measurement of the noise signal of the wheelchair fatigue tester based on host computer, and optimized original system. Make HT-9340 wheelchair dynamic durability tester have much function and more strong practicability.
