Temperature, flow rate and pressure which are the basic parameters In the water。Accurate measurement of these parameters contribute to the fluid characteristics of control, research and learning in our experiments are very favorable. Virtual instrument is computer-based equipment. Differences with the traditional instruments, Virtual instrument is based on data acquisition devices common computer platform, utilizes the computer's powerful digital process capability to realize main functions of instrument. Break the traditional instrument capabilities defined for the factory, which the user can not modify the capabilities, built up according to the actual needs of different systems, create a new device model.Paper is based on virtual instrument design combined with the latest virtual instrument development direction, to achieve a temperature, pressure and many other parameters of the automatic measurement of fluid. Paper using the graphical programming environment, modular programming through a number of parameters measured simultaneously. Placed in the water flow through the various sensors, and sensor output signal processing (analog-digital conversion, filtering, amplification, etc) on the temperature, flow and pressure of real-time monitoring, and intuitive on screen to be said playback with the display, analysis and other functions, and can be stored to the hard disk for later query processing. System functions can be flexibly defined, easy to meet user requirements, and has a good user interface, easy operation. As the system uses the virtual instrument technology, personal computer as the core, with low price, can be used repeatedly, functional flexibility, etc..Multi-fluid-based virtual instrument parameter test system, which implements the realization of the temperature, pressure and other real-time monitoring, and a display playback, analysis, preservation and other functions. Issue is the method of virtual instrument testing in the field of hydraulic parameters of a successful attempt. System has good stability, accuracy, and highlights the powerful and good flexibility. Experimental results show the virtual instrument is an excellent solution to efficiently and accurately to achieve a variety of measurement tasks.
