Research On Situation Assessment And The Pre-Warning Management Technology In The Electronic Platform Of Inspection And Quarantine

With the development of economic and improvement of living standards, the natural ecological environment and public health having more and more concerns, inspection and quarantine is growing importance on the people's daily lives and the social and economic development. It is stuty object about this thesis to electronic platform of inspection and quarantine of the Macao Home Affairs Department.To improve service quality inspection and quarantine, the Macao Home Affairs Department is building the electronic platform of inspection and quarantine. For the electronic platform of inspection and quarantine of the Macao Home Affairs Department, to ensure efficient and stability of the system, it is an important prerequisite that timely and guarding against and eliminating risk. Therefore, it has been an important component of building the electronic platform of inspection and quarantine that correct assessment the situation of inspection and quarantine and timely pre-warning. However, the present technology of the situation assessment is mainly directed against the military field, and can not be directly applicable in the field of inspection and quarantine. So, we need an in-depth study of the situation in the inspection and quarantine assessment and pre-warning technology, according to the characteristics and needs of inspection and quarantine.Based on the comparison the present technology of the situation assessment, and according to the characteristics and needs of inspection and quarantine, this dissertation in-depth studies the in the inspection and quarantine situation assessment and pre-warning technology oriented the Macao Home Affairs Department.This dissertation first systematically introduce the e-government, at home and abroad, and then delved into the situation assessment and pre-warning technology of inspection and quarantine of the Macao Home Affairs Department, including information collection technology, situation assessment technology, pre-warning technology and information displayed technology, and gives the corresponding solutions according to the actual situation of the electronic platform of inspection and quarantine of the Macao Home Affairs Department, which including: integration method based information collection solution of the situation assessment and pre-warning, open situation assessment framework, statistical methods based pre-warning solution and GIS-based, multiple mode information display solution, and based on the research of the technologies, designed and implemented the situation assessment and pre-warning system in the electronic platform of inspection and quarantine of the Macao Home Affairs Department. In the end, author makes a conclusion and provides some suggestions about further research.
