Inspection And Quarantine Paperless Information Management System Framework Design

With the rapid development of network technology and the recognization of environmental protection, accelerating the speed of information dissemination and reducing the waste of resources has become a major form of contemporary working life. To develop paperless system has become an ideal in the information development process. Paperless concept has been applied to various of industries in order to reduce the time and consuming cost and improve the work efficiency. Based on the statistics, paperless meeting systems, paperless exam systems, paperless office systems and paperless reading has been developed. All of these techniques are based on the resource database and transit via modern networking, audio and software engineering technologies and convert traditional paper transition into electric form so that editing document is more flexible and intelligent.In order to achieve "paperless" office process, inspection and quarantine bureau design and developed paperless management information system. On the basis of laboratory information management system, we used database technology and established inspection and quarantine paperless information management system. Based on the feature and demand of paperless inspection business and using Browser/Server as the main structure of the system, we expand the system to be a comprehensive business management system, consolidated review and interactive monitoring system to achieve paperless business application, electronic form review and declare in the lowest cost. This system does not offer on-site inspection declaration and will release by the window inspection. In regards of the intercepted inspection declaration, business department can review through paperless information management system and upload relevant document.
