Construction Of Inspection And Quarantine Management System Based On The Lis

With the convergence of OA and network technologies, workflow system provides a new model for Inspection and Quarantine Laboratory and will help to improve efficiency and management. For the Dandong CIQ(Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau), the existing OA systems can not define the workflow, which doesn’t meet the requirements of the standardized inspection and quarantine, it seriously constrains the efficiency improvement in CIQ. The current inspection of CIQ is basically based on manual work; it takes a long time in each step with low efficiency. Therefore, there is an urgent need to build Inspection and Quarantine Management System, enables CIQ staff use the network client for standardized work to meet the requirements of standard, process and specification in the inspection and quarantine.First of all, the status and issues of work process in Inspection and Quarantine Laboratory are analyzed, and making sure the necessity of Inspection and Quarantine Management System development by LIS. On this basis, the work management, basis information management and information statistics are analyzed, the automated improvement methods for work process of CIQ are collected, the core process of Input, Distribution, Analysis, Verification and Report are analyzed. The loading speed, control support and development complication are compared with the architecture of WebForm and MVC, and determine to use the WebForm as the architecture of the system.The core subsystems of activity transfer and statistical analysis are designed in detail. Meanwhile, recording changes with LIS engine database and statistics with stored procedures are discussed with emphasis. Finally, the practical application of the system is summarized.
