The Hospital information system (HIS),is the system that provides the capabilitites of collecting ,storing,processing ,extracting and exchanging the information of patient/administration for all departments of hospital clinics,using electronic computer and communications equipment. Moreover HIS meets all of the functions that authorized users demand. As an important component of the modern hospital management, referring to the standardization, informatization and automation, Hospital information system plays an irreplaceable role in raising the hospital management efficiency and strengthening the competitiveness. The main goal of the Hospital management information systemis not only to support the hospital administration and transaction processing services,but also reduce labor intensity of transaction processing staff in hospital . In addtion,it is auxiliary of hospital management and decision-making to improve efficiency. Therefore ,with it the hospital can obtain better social and economic benefit in the cost of less investments.In this paper, according to the specific characteristics of radiologists, it design a medical record information management systems to manage radiology information with computers. The system contains not only sick's basic information, but also specific diagnosis and treatment. On this basis,it has the function to searching for the Patient's information,so it facilitates the doctors to carry out a variety of classification express query.Because of it is very difficult for the traditional client / server model to cope with the increasingly complex applications and the rapidly growing data exchange, the system uses the B / S three-layer architecture, which is the browser / Web server / database server architecture model . The distinguishing feature of this model is that the code ,data and and supporting software of the application system all converge on the server side. B/S systems do not have to load more system support software and application, it can only through a browser to access the information in the database.The exploitation mainly includes two aspects of content. One aspect was the back database's establishment and maintenance, which could manage data systematically, standardized, automatically and so on. SQL Server is a powerful relational database management system,which uses client / server computing model to provide users with a strong ability of background processing. More and more application development tools provided with SQL Server interface. Therefore, SQL Server2000 is selected to develop this design as the background database. The other aspect was the front end corresponding application's exploitation, which required that each function is completed ,so that the system will be operated simply, learned easily and used conveniently. As the system exploitation platform, the advantage of JSP is the cross-platform structure, which can run on all server systems. In the implementation, when we first visit in the JSP file, the server compile the JSP into a binary, when a later visit, it calls to binary code directly. So I choose the JSP as the platform.Integrated the mentioned requirements above, this paper first analyzes the status of information management systems, explained the purpose of this system, and then introduce a systematic process of developing several key technologies. Under the guidance of this theory,it expounded in detail from the system analysis to detailed design and implementation in various aspect, and finally made on an objective evaluation of the system.
