Based On C/s Structure Of The Research And Implementation Of Hospital Information Management System

The hospital information system (HIS) is one new discipline, which emerges in ourcountry for nearly ten years only. Because the hospital scale, the service flow and theservice operation flow standard is different so the hospital information system may bethe most complex one among various MIS systems, and it is still at the early stage inour country. The construction of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is for the purposeof applying the most recent information technology achievement, the union actual needin medical service and the management process, took information as the item of hospitalimportant network. A raises the management level, the assistance decision-making,causes the hospital economy to face the high benefit and the high-grade direction isdeveloping.In the system stage, the author mainly introduces the basic concept of the HIS.Then we introduce the research result and applied actuality of the HIS all over the world.We analyze the HIS’s characteristic and the meaning of applying the HIS. At last, weanalyze the HIS’s actuality and problem of applying the HIS in our country. Wesynthetically introduce the HIS system’s design and the pivotal technology of realizingthe system. The technology includes structure platform of informationsystem-Client/Server developing tools of client Visual Studio2005and SQL severs2000, and the application of software engineering development method in cause ofdevelopment.The thesis covers topics of the whole requirements analysis, the design of net workarchitecture, the general design of database and the partitioning of the function modules,finishes the detailed analysis and deign of the HIS system.We begin with the system’s requirement of hospital and business flow. Using UMLmodeling technique, we design the system’s user case diagram, and collaborationdiagram and sequence diagram. Then we divide the system into various functionalsub-modules. Through the analysis of the system data flow diagram, we establish thesystem’s E-R model, and use the model to map the real-world’s entities into tables of the relational database. We design the system’s class diagram, and implement allsubsystems. Then we introduce the system’s network topologic structure and runningenvironment of the software and hardware.Finally, we conclude the paper, and suggest for the further extension of the systemand make a primary exploration.
