With the development of the new office technology, communication ways and internet techniques, the digital management has became the main ways of publishing companies to organized their progresses of manufactures. The digital management ways will influence the people management. The publishing companies are the information and content manufacturers, so they need the creative ability of the technique basis, people organization and management, even publishing ways domination. Chinese publishing groups and foreign publishing companies have different original construct rules, than they have different approach to use the technology and construct the different digital administration models. The thesis illustrates foreign and Chinese publishing enterprises digital management from three aspects. The first aspect is the technology of the digital management, and the second aspect is the people management in the digital administration. The third is the sale ways of the publication on digital management.The first chapter summarizes the technology of the Chinese and foreign publishing companies. The digital management of Chinese and foreign publishing companies based on the auto-office system, communication system and internet system. Today, some Chinese publishing companies use the advance office system, such as ERP system, electric business system, but comparing on the foreign publishing companies, they have some disadvantages. The second chapter illustrates three aspects about people management. Those are people majors training; people skill learning and people academic study ability improving. And the chapter states people's creative ability, responsibility and crisis opinion. The third chapter illustrates the across-area, across-culture and across-industry rules of Chinese and foreign publishing companies. And mobile phone publishing is the difficult point of the publishing digital management. Language is limited publishing digital management development and foreign and Chinese publishing companies all have different solutions.In conclusion, the thesis illustrate the Chinese publishing companies can use advanced technology and management theories to transcend the foreign publishing companies and develop their digital management.
