Study On The Management Of The New-countryside Construction Archives

At the beginning of 2006, CPC Central Committee and State Council have made an important decision on pushing forward the Socialism New-countryside Construction. Afterwards, the whole Party and the whole society have been starting the New-countryside Construction. The archive work serves the every aspect of Chinese socialism construction, which is closely related with the New-countryside Construction. To serve the New-countryside Construction is the topic and long-term mission of the archive work in new period.Agriculture and village archive work is an important component of our archive project and also a key field of archive department. The management of the New-countryside Construction archives will inherit and develop from the agriculture and village archive work in the past , based on the achievement of agriculture and village archive work in the past.Agriculture and village archive works are the foundation of the village management and the agriculture production, which is directly related to hundreds and millions of farmer, and the stability of the village and the development of agriculture. To do agriculture and village archive works well is the needs to push forward the regime construction, the democratic legal system and spiritual civilization construction of the village grass-roots; and it is also the needs to develop economy, promot farmers' science and cultural quality and increase farmers' income.After several decades of development, the agriculture and village archive work has obtained pleasing results, and has formed the harmonious structure. Our government has also come on series of relative laws and regulations; but because of the unbalanced economy development of the whole country, agriculture and village archive work exists some problems: unbalanced development, big gap between regions, the difficulties to consolidate the results of archives. Therefore, it is very necessary to study and investigate how to do the management of the New-countryside Construction archives work well in the period of New-countryside construction.In Chapter 1,I simply introduced the basic instance of the New-countryside Construction, the importance of agriculture and village archive work, and the influence by New-countryside construction. Chapter 2 I analyzed the actuality of agriculture and village archive work. And I reviewed the developed history of agriculture and village archive work and summed up achievements and shortage. After I analyzed the actuality of agriculture and village archive work, focus on the concrete strategies of solving New-countryside construction .Chapter 3 I has expounded the systems of New-countryside construction archive work on the 2 aspects: one is the setup of village-level archive work, the other is the setup of town-level archive. Chapter 4 I has chiefly analyzed the setup of villagers archive, the setup of city-village integration archive and the archive work of Agriculture Science.
