| Television could be called a culture of masses.The conception of culture based on the agriculture,culture is taken as ploughing the land and the plants,exactly,culture is ploughing.Therefore, culture and the agriculture influence each other.Following the agricultural development, culture of masses infiltrates into countryside,agriculture and the life of the peasants more intently.Dullness,heaviness and backwardness is the peasant's life description which the peasants haven't broken away from today.Following the economic development, the peasants are rich and want to change the present situation.They need the TV programes better than whoever now.The problems of the countryside,agriculture and the peasant is a historic problem which we Chinese people must face to .As national publication,radio station and TV station,they must arouse the people's concern on the countryside,agriculture and the peasant and serve for the peasants. National Broadcasting and TV Station named 2005 as the year of serving for the countryside in order to respond to the national policy.Nevertheless,the population will be 50 billion in 2020,just a"the year of serving for the countryside"won't achieve the long goal.We need more talents who are concerned on countryside and love the peasants.Economic field and media field need cooperate and develop the countryside,agriculture and the peasant.Thus,this paper analyses the importance and specular of our agricultural programs at the beginning,then it elaborates the present situation and the problem of our agriculture programs,in the end ,it brings up the ways of solving the problems in three aspects.Facing to the development of the agriculture and the desire of the peasants,the TV workers who serve for the peasants feel huge pressure and are full of hope.TV programs were born at the developing times,so it should bring us more contribution and more achievement in the huge-developing times. |
