| In this paper, using the theory of complex adaptive system (CAS) and cellular automaton, we study the medical service system (MSS) based on the medical personnel behavior. For this purpose, we construct the simple logic model of MSS. After that, we discuss the roots of imperfect MSS, and discover the factors which influence the efficiency and the stable of MSS. And then we propose the corresponding regulation and control advice, which will make the MSS to be more perfect and have the sustainable development.Firstly, we give a research on the complexity of MSS by using the complex adaptive system theory. According to the basic steps on modeling, after analyzing the relationship between some interior factors in MSS step by step, we establish the simple logical model of our national medical service system. And then we get two important attributes of MSS, which are medical personnel's behavior and the medical policy.Next, to enhance the medical service system operating efficiency and the stability, we simulate MSS by using the cellular automaton for the first time. After developing a simulation program with Matlab, we run the program under different conditions. The results of the program show the evolution of MSS, and then we draw the conclusions: the coefficient of medical personnel's individuality is bigger, namely the probability of tending to the public is higher, the system is more unstable; and the coefficient of medical policy is bigger, the operating efficiency of the system is higher and more stable. These conclusions agree with the theory of CAS.Finally, we recommend that the medical personnel should work with more independently and with fewer action on following the lead of their colleague's behavior; the government should pay more attention on the medical policy, and stipulate strictly a set of complete medical policy system. These are the key to promote the development of the MSS effectively and stably. |
