Design And Implementation Of Organization-Modeling Tool In Workflow System

Workflow system, as a systematism technique, is used to reconstruct traditional manufacture and develop the burgeoning in order to increase enterprises, competency by implementing information techniques, modern management techniques and advanced designation and manufacture techniques. Meanwhile, it is an effective way to realize modernization of enterprises. Nowadays researchers in the field of workflow technique take the construction of process model as a key point, but pay extremely insufficient attention to the organization model, ignoring the fact that it is 'human' that plays principal part in process-executing.The organization- modeling tool which is discussed in this article belongs to ACT OSSI. It is effective, exercisable and user-friendly for consumers to model for enterprises, so as to provide a forceful support for the application of enterprise workflow system.The main tasks finished by this article are as follows:Comment on modeling methods of organization model in the application of workflow, and comprehend enterprise, as an intricate system, from various angles and starts. Analyze advantages and disadvantages of several widely applied descriptive forms of organization model, such as line structure, linear function structure, department structure and matrix structure. Combining the application demands of organization model in workflow system, the article investigates and adopts an organization model which is appropriate for the application of enterprise workflow system. In order to realize the model, a logical frame of organization- modeling tool is designed. The last part dissertates realization of the Presentation layer, source accessing layer, and data layer about the organization- modeling tool.
