The research in the technique of Workflow System has very important meaning to our country. Such as increasing the information degree of the enterprise, circulate efficiency and the competition.Through the research of the current Workflow System, We design a distribute mutuality engines Workflow system (DMEWS). The Workflow System mentioned in the article is designed under the J2EE environment frame, and uses the B/S mode. The system is a kind of according to the Web visits distribute mutuality engines Workflow system. On the aspect of a Workflow System, We Realized basic module of a Workflow System, such as process definition, Workflow Controller Engine and domain Engine, monitor module, organization manage module, the rights control module and many others. In this article the author mainly introduces the monitor system and the organization and role manage system.At first we introduced the history and the development of the Workflow System. Use the WFMS as the foundation the author introduce the detail of the raveling definition of the Workflow System and the interface of the system. Discussed the consistency concerning data problem to write and design with the WAPI plait. In chapter 2 the author introduced at the same time the system which we designed.
