Research And Development Of Approving Online System Based On J2EE

The administration of government departments needs continuous adjustment and reforming to meet the needs of development. With the arrival of information times, the original work mode can't satisfy the evergrowing request such as the affairs handling and information sharing. In order to improve the work efficiency and consummate the management mode, the modern information technologies should be adopted in building e-government affairs system. Administration approval is an important function of government, and its main disadvantage is Information Island. Approving online is to deal approval business online which was done by manual operation in the past. Approving online is main part of e-government affairs system, and is the driving force of making government affairs public and business reform.Firstly, thesis analyses the current study and development direction of e-government affairs system, introduces J2EE platform and its correlative technologies, and discusses the necessity and importance of developing approving online system. Combined with practical project, it researches XML, Spring framework, and database connection pool technology. After that, according to requirement of approving online system, using OO and UML technology, it analyses and designs the system, puts forward a approving online model based on J2EE, and applies the model to practical project-Port and Channel Bureau E-Government Affairs System of Hubei Province. At last, it discusses deficiencies of model and system, and look forward to the direction where I need work hard in the future.The application of e-government affairs of China is in its beginning step, and the research and approving online model in the thesis have a try in developing e-government affairs system. I hope that, it can play some reference role in the development of e-government affairs in our country.
