Aimed at the movement characteristics of discrete enterprise, this paper explains the development process, principle and method of internal logistics control about calculator management information system. The system mainly resolves business enterprise produce system inside plan mission instruction descend attain zero parts top the line whole process involves the information that the parts of zero flow turns to deliver to shut wreath management exsit of series problem, include business enterprise mass production inside high-efficiency and low and gentle antinomy, many species batch quantity produce vivid and the antinomy of the low efficiency, product species numerous, each product produce different increment in craft process production control difficulty, plan organize control and put excellent turning the management into practice difficult etc.The system mix together the new technique of MRPII, database, calculator network communication, sketch customer interface, the fourth generation search language, C/S structure, calculator assistance tool and portable systems etc. Based on modern manufacturing technique theories and relied on the software engineering theories, it combines with "waterfall algorithm" and "spiral model". Finally, it realizes the system developing faced to the enterprise inside PMIS.By reducing the quantity of store, cutting down circulating funds, controlling material supply in production process correctly , descending the waste of part, shortening planning period, balancing the benefits among part supplier etc., this system optimizes the internal supply-demand relationship in production system to reduce production cost, adapt to production process, ensure supply chain smoothly, improve flexibility of production system, finally improve synthesize highly Competitiveness.The results of original research are that it resolved the contradiction between large-scale production and small batch quantity. It can be applied to the situations as follows:(1) the production species are numerous;(2) the process of technology is usually changed;(3)depending on order to organize production . The typical profession includes the general machine manufacturing, car manufacturing, aviation manufacturing etc. In the whole design and developing processes, we deeply realized that it is important to research the MIS that adapted to ourselves .we should focus on the characteristic of enterprise oneself, not on the fund and materials.
