With the rapid development of information technology in recent years,many manufacturing companies have introduced information systems in production process management.However,due to the complex and changeable production characteristics of discrete manufacturing,mainstream production management software currently on the market is difficult to apply to small discrete manufacturing companies.Therefore,for the production line of a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Jiangxi,guided by advanced management technology theory,a set of production process management system for small discrete manufacturing enterprises has been researched and developed to improve production efficiency and economic benefits for the enterprise.First,analyze the production process and production characteristics of the company,extract the problems that need to be solved urgently in the production process management of the company,integrate the production business process with the problems,and perform demand analysis on the system,using data flow diagrams and UML use case diagrams The functional model of the system is designed.Secondly,in view of the problem of low workshop production efficiency caused by manual experience scheduling in the production process of enterprises,combined with the complementary characteristics of genetic algorithm and tabu algorithm,with the shortest completion time as the goal,the hybrid genetic algorithm is used to optimize the production schedule and passed the simulation and analysis of standard calculation examples and workshop examples verify the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm.Finally,the database of the system is designed,using C# development language and C/S development mode,based on the five-layer logic architecture,the development of the production process management system is completed,the realization of each function module of the system is demonstrated,and the system is deployed and tested.The test results meet the expectations,and the effectiveness of the system development is verified.The system has been initially put into use in enterprises,while improving the efficiency of enterprise production management,it also provides a scheme worth learning for the information construction of small discrete manufacturing enterprises.
