With construction of digital management platform and digital design in modern manufacturing enterprises, conventional process design and production management are becoming the bottleneck of product manufacturing. It is urgent for manufacturing enterprises to set up a comprehensive digital manufacturing system including digital design, process and production management, implementing management of production process and digital factory.In view of principal problems existing in management of design, process and production process in manufacturing enterprises in China, this paper proposes the necessity of establishing the system of integrated process and production management in manufacturing enterprises, focusing on the composition and representation of design model, process model and production model, the conversion relationship between model migration and model change. It analyzes procedure and control of operation actions inside the technology and production process, flow of information, material and cost value in the operative activities, as well as the construction strategy of the model driven software application platform to realize the comprehensive integration of manufacturing process.On the basis of research and practice, following solution strategy and research conclusions are presented:1) Dividing the process model in manufacturing enterprise into the process route model, the technological procedure model and the process cost model, analyzing the organization framework, hierarchical relations and connotation of the process route model, the technological procedure model and the process cost model.2) Generalizing technological activities into forming original process data, working out process route file, compiling technical procedure file and downloading process data file; presenting transformation laws and strategy of design model to process model and process model to production model; proposing the strategy of intelligent technical process in manufacturing enterprise.3) Dividing the production information model in manufacturing enterprise into process document model, production plan model, production task model and production cost model; revealing the relationship between production process model and technological procedure model; proposing the hierarchy and composition of production plan model, the structure and levels of production task model, and the formation and calculation of production cost model.4) Generalizing the technological activities into forming production process data, working out production plan, forming production task, scheduling and executing production task, and transferring workshop material; proposing control strategies of releasing and scheduling workshop task, scheduling production process, assigning and reporting task, and transferring workshop material; presenting laws and control methods of the information flow, material flow and cost value flow in manufacturing production process.5) Putting forward the parameterized developing strategy for the model driven software application platform, the frame and frame mode of the model driven software platform; constructing the system of integrated process and production management.The system, based on the above research results and strategies, has been applied in practice, helping enterprises with the effective integration of design information, technological information and production information, implementing the comprehensive integration in manufacturing process.
