Study On Operation Management Information System Of Theme Park Based On The Hybrid Structure Of C/S And B/S

With booming development of tourism industry, the management and construction of the theme park become more and more important. It must establish a set of modernized management system and service system for the sake of adapting the demand of market economy and promoting the exquisite article strategy of the tour economy. The theme park management information system is an important part of the theme park construction that can raise the management level and the service scale, further promoting the development and the exploitation of the resources.This paper will lead the information system into the theme park management, examine the business and service process of the theme park from the new angle, set up the information system to put together with the theme park management pattern, expand the management information system in research and application field of the theme park. It can make management section keep abreast of visitor flow condition and do a reaction from the theme park MIS, make a reasonableness estimate to provide decision basis for the future development of theme park, enhance the decision efficiency, speed the advanced and reasonable progress of theme park information-based management, carry out the benefit maximization.It needs an integration MIS inevitably which information flow opens and can be shared to build up the time space contact model according to the visitor flow, the logistics, information flow of theme park. This paper analyzed the characteristic of the theme park business towards the request of the system platform and the modern tourism industry, introduced the design mentality, completed a total design of theme park MIS form the two steps of system analysis and development, put forward a Hybrid structure based on the C/S and the B/S of theme park MIS from the present condition. The paper takes amusement theme park as an example to design each subsystem and sets up theme park MIS, mainly through analysis organize structure, business process and total design to the information system.
