A Hybrid Structure Of The Community Chronic Disease Management Information Systems - Design And Implementation

The medical treatment inforamtion-based is one of the important part of hygiene serves in our country. The medical and health information-based have been still in development stage currently in big parts of regions in our country. Whatever personal medical treatment information handles and analysis or the share and exploitation of medical treatment information in the hospital needs to raise with perfect.The thesis is based on analyzing community health medical treatment and service process in our country, combinied with the community chronic disease manages information system of C/S structure that was developed by original item trem, aimed at the chronic disease diagnoses,prevention development and the actual need of the community hospital in order to taking into to improve with perfect, design and develop a set of the community chronic disease management information system that mix with C/S structure and B/S structure combine together.The community chronic disease management information system of mix structure used to different system structure aimed to different needs of community hospital, According to concrete application, it can finish the actual need of community hospital and have strong target to community hospital.
