China has a rural population of a total of nine billion.by the cultural quality of life environment for consumption, factors such as the appreciation of the customary constraints, TV in rural have a wider audience. Since 1958, Beijing TV broadcast of the news film "to the countryside"produced by the program,China's TV programs rural development, the number from the minority, have become increasingly diverse forms. However, China's TV programs scarce resources in rural areas, TV audiences with a huge population base exists between the contradictions that can not be ignored. This is regretted by television. Rural how television programs of difficulties for the survival and development space, TV industry and academia to explore and practice the important issue.In this thesis,use the audience theory, the theory of TV culture, and other related theories, inspect the Chinese television of rural development programs for more than 40 years and changing context, Analysis of Chinese television programming rural status of programs, point out that television programs exist in rural areas the main problem. On this basis, from the establishment of the transmission network, and enhance the quality of programs. the cultivation of professional teams made for the improvement of rural television programming ideas, From pioneering program proposed television market in rural development programs.Paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter introduction, raise questions, the relevant research has been outlined; II, The third chapter describes the rural television programs, programs the status quo; IV, Chapter V, respectively, to explore the rural television programs exist in the current stage for the development of countermeasures.
