The broadcasting satellites make it possible to cover the globe with television signals. It is the most advanced and effective way to realize that the radio signal covers a large scale. Satellite digital TV is High-tech industry that has just risen at the whole world from the beginning of 1990s. Compare with analog TV, it has a lot of advantages. Among them a very important one is, it can make the multiple services up in a flexible way, not only transmit video but also can carry on audio and data. At present, people transmit the file long-distance through Internet mainly. As one of the main sources of information, Internet attracts more and more people. But with the constant increase of amount of information and user quantity, the bandwidth bottleneck of Internet is more and more serious, at the same time the security question of the information transmission is outstanding day by day too. These two shortcomings of Internet will bring the problem to file transfer, especially for the file transfer that has very high expectations for security. To this question, this paper put forward a kind of brand-new file transfer scheme: utilize the data broadcasting way of satellites to transmit the file. By this way, no matter how large user amounts are, will not produce the bottleneck question of the bandwidth, and because file data is multiplexed with a large number of audio and video data, the security can get the assurance. Through the satellite it can realize that data information of the file covers a large scale. So this scheme of file transfer has the advantages. Data encapsulation, multiplexing, transmission, and addressing are the key technologies of this scheme. After deeply studying these technologies, this paper put forward some design plans innovated, and according to these design plans, finish the design of the whole system progressively. This paper has explained the technological background that this scheme bases on at first, then discussed the design plan of the whole system. Chapter four narrated the design detail in NIM module and USB interface of satellite receiver in detail. The design of front system was deeply expatiated in chapter five. Finally this paper summarized the technological characteristic and innovation of this system.
