The Difference Of Urban Newspapers And Urban Culture

The urban newspaper is the inevitable result of urbanization development. The urban newspaper has close contacts with culture of modern city. Urban newspaper does not only play an important role in urban cultural construction, but also become a subsystem of masses culture study . The geographical position of different cities, population composition , political environment, such a lot of respects as economic environment , historical gradual progress , cultural tradition ,etc. have one's own characteristics. It determined that the difference exists in the urban newspaper of different cities. This text takes newspaper of six cities as an example. They are"Beijing Youth Daily ", "Beijing Evening "of Beijing area, "Brilliant News of Shenzhen ", "Shenzhen Evening "of the area of Shenzhen, and "Newspaper of Chu-tian City","Wuhan Evening "of the area of Wuhan. Comparing layout setting up ,key news layout and supplement of three cities , so as to analyse the difference that the newspaper of three cities exists. On the basis of analysing and summarizing urban culture characteristic of three areas.Namely Beijing area is political culture and history culture , Shenzhen's characteristic is open culture and fashion culture , the area of Wuhan features citizens culture and quay culture.Then contrast the difference of the newspaper of three cities with one's own urban culture, find out the dependence of the two, analyse the influence and function with each other of urban culture and the difference of the urban newspaper.
