The rapid development of science and technology brings earth-shaking changes to humanity and nature; science plays an important role, which is also slowly becoming a new research area. As a major force of spreading science, Media not only take improving the audience scientific literacy as the goal, but also assumes other tasks. Bad science communication is rarely out of bad motives. Social science and technology is very complex today , science news has features harder to be reported than other news. It may occur windage In the selecting topic inclination and it's extremely easy to make a mistake in confirming Scientific facts even if only considering raising scientific literacy; media need to keep in his mind of social responsibility in science communication.The " Beijing Sci. and Tech. Weekly " reported three cases: expose the truth of "blindfolded thing" by a special man in Hebei province, evaluative top ten technology scamming, the event between "Beijing Sci. and Tech. Weekly " and an old traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan province. Here takes these several typical events as examples to discuss the media's responsibility. As a first technology newspaper taking lead to the market, " Beijing Sci. and Tech. Weekly " is widely popular and have representative role with distinctive lively style. When the three case analysis, we found that only scientism tendency is severe, technology journalist Scientifics'quality is unbalance; these factors and other subjective conditions mutual cooperate leads to media and technology report quality dropped and misleading, it appears that media is lack of social responsibility.The study puts forward specific improvement opinion aiming at the existing problems. For example: enhancing technical journalistic Scientifics'literacy, improving media's understanding of scientific facts and socially constructed nature, desalting only scientism, etc.
