Laicheng Industrial Park, located at Shandong Laiwu City Regional Center, is approved as the provincial economic-development zone by Shandong Provincial People's Government, and is the provincial capital of Jinan metropolitan manufacturing base. As the increasing number of corporations and Different level of information, it became stern problem to develop substantially for infomationization of Industrial Park area in the inter-departmental communications.I designed "File-transferring system of the corporation in Lexington Industrial Park area" using our knowledge. Through the filing and inquiring function of electronic document, the park management to achieve the same files between enterprises under the jurisdiction of the circulation of information among enterprises, to ensure communication and unified management. In addition, the full reference historical documents, but also can improve the business users to write the appropriate file format, the content of the specification and style of drafting consistency.This system file in the Oracle database access control, document content analysis and automatic batch archiving, file-based content, full-text queries, the local document and database backup of the document version control aspects comparison and achieve innovation. Experimental results and practical application show that the design and implementation of electronic document circulation system, use efficiency, can improve the efficiency of document management company, has a high theoretical and practical value.
