The Design Of Sewage Detection And Early Warning Management System For Paper-making Enterprises

With the rapid development of national economy,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and the discharge of pollutants from papermaking industry threatens the fragile water environment of our country.The sustainable development of papermaking enterprises must strictly abide by the laws and regulations of environmental protection,control the water quality of drainage in real time,and take necessary measures to prevent water environment pollution.Therefore,it is very important to develop and design the water quality monitoring and precaution management system for papermaking enterprises.According to the characteristics of wastewater treatment process and the requirements of wastewater monitoring parameters in papermaking industry,a monitoring and management system of water quality detection sensor + single chip microcomputer + management software is designed,and an intelligent management platform is established to effectively monitor and manage the wastewater in papermaking industry.The system can realize a series of operation and control of papermaking wastewater data detection,pollution monitoring and pollution precuation.According to the production demands,several modules are established,including the design and development of enterprise information management module,water quality data collection function module,water quality data query module,water quality data analysis module,database backup module,precuation management decision-making module and other functional modules.The above functions are realized by using B/S,SQL database and other technologies.The wastewater monitoring and precaution management system is applied to realize the functions of real-time detection,monitoring and precaution of wastewater quality in papermaking enterprises.The system has the advantages of simple operation and management,fast and accurate information transmission,is able to reduce the number of workers and largely eliminate the sewage discharge,which is beneficial to the long-term,stable and green development of the papermaking enterprises.
