The paper is a applied basic research combined with the actual needs of taiyuan Gujiao water automatic forecasting system.this system funded by Gujiao water automatic forecasting project.Ground water resources is an important part of water supply quantity has been a major source of our water usage, it is not only to maintain social and economic development, but also is to maintain ecological environment of the geological system. Gujiao located in northwestern of Taiyuan, there is many underground water flow use of measurement are still II type of the instrument, intelligent level meter is not nearly enough for the modernization. All water resources management of water resource, caused serious start to gather, the misuse of phenomenon.For the above reasons, combining with the actual situation of the Water resources management of Gu jiao, we make use of mobile wireless transmission to design the information system for groundwater hydrographic based on GPRS. The system is timely and accurate to collect the data of the water traffic and the humidity and the water position this will be a rational management of groundwater for data on the right direction. The system is now in use, and has achieved good market prospects.Against this system, the main points is on the following section discusses.(1) According to the system application needs analysis and research system design the key technique of the system.by the relevant technical studies defining the system of overall design(2) In overall system design, the author through the use of the serious analysis the domestic and international monitoring system development, and design a system that With ultrasound sensors for detection device and with a "resistance" sensor for the water measuring device. This system is based on Intelligent data collection,, which is also the data acquisition unit. In this system, MODBUS RTU protocol is used as the data communication format, GPRS DTU is used as the full transparency transmission. Relying on GPRS and "Kingview 6.53", this system achieves processing and recording the groundwater exploitation data remotely, real-timely and wirelessly.(3) To the flow sensor and water sensor, the author made a analysis and research, and to its principles made a detailed analysis and presentation.(4) Design incorporates the hydrographic data processing equipment. The equipment is at the core of msp430 monolithic integrated circuits.also analysis and researches the various parts of a circuit of working mechanism and the design thought of the equipment(5) Rely on public network platforms of GSM and INTERNET author design data communications method of groundwater hydrographic based on GPRS. This method achieve monitoring timely and management internet of groundwater hydrographic data(6) Through the use of "kingview 6.53" software author developed the monitoring system of groundwater hydrographic based on GPRS and details of the software design and the functional modules.(7) In this system combining project application characteristics.Author designed a special system for thunder and grounding circuit.This circuit enhance the system of security.The monitoring system of groundwater hydrographic based on GPRS has been put into practice. run data indicate that main indicators of this system has reached target and basic satisfied customers needs and has showed a wide application prospect.
