The normal operation of equipments is affected by the terrible electromagnetic environment which is caused by electronic equipments installated in one vehicle serriedly.The electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) prediction is being one of the most important method for electromagnetic inteference (EMI) among equipments,and the result of prediction will be scientific and reasonable evidence to the Frequency Management.In the beginning of this paper ,the EMC theory is used to establish the way for prediction which is based on the three factors of EMC.That is to say,consider the transmitter as interference resource,consider the receiver sensitive equipment and consider the antennas and loser space together as coupling approach.Secondly,a model for co-site interference is set up based on the knowledge of vehicle communication system,and the math model of the transmitter,receiver and coupling approach are established further more,all of these can simplify the prediction problem greatly.Thirdly, the principles of coupling is studyed,and a effective way to get the antenna's couple is found.In order to calculate the inteference power and security bandwidth,the methods were aslo studied,the relationship among couple,power and security bandwidth is studied further more.Fourthly,a Frequency Management database which privide data to EMC prediction is established base on the Oracle,the design of the child databases and the function of these databases are expounded.Finally, under the guidance of the above-mentioned theory,simulation software is made to prediction,using VC++ 6.0 and improving the accuracy of the original calculation. The software's design and the manipulation of interface have been particular introduced .
