Development Of Small Household Appliances Task Scheduling Optimization And The Network Platform For The Product Development

With the development of world economy, the Chinese electrical appliance enterprises have also developed very rapidly, however, the small domestic appliance enterprises are facing the competitive challenges. Because of the lack of ability in continuous improvement and product development, there is a seriously interaction in their development. Today, a few of local governments also pay attention to the support of SMEs, vigorously to create a variety of design platforms to improve the competitiveness of SMEs. This thesis’s focus is product development in the task scheduling optimization. Different from the production planning and scheduling, product development has its own characteristics. For example, the demand in product development is uncertain, the development needs in line with market demand is uncertain. Too much uncertainty to determine the product development task scheduling can not copy the product planning and control, but to consider the uncertainty in the product development process scheduling program. To solve these problems, the paper focuses on the following aspects in the development process of small household electrical appliances:1. An analysis of the characteristics in the development process of small appliances, as well as the development process of small home appliances break down into three steps in common:industrial design, structural design, mold design.2. Considering the development process of small appliances designers the ability level of the uncertainty, and product quality uncertainty of the outcome of these two uncertainties, there is a certain probability lead to the delay in the project. In front of both uncertainty factor obtained by the expectation and variance of the historical data with a certain probability, the probability of the extension of the mandate based on Bayes’ theorem is derived.3. Considering in conditions in the development process of the small home appliances development process, the establishment of a mathematical model in the task scheduling program, and based on historical data, in evaluation of the uncertainty in the scheduling program, in the minimum delay scheduling the shortest time and uncertainty factors used to evaluate task scheduling program.4. Finally, the establishment of the network platform for the development of small home appliances. According the contents of the previous section, the roles of the system are the task publisher and tasks designer. The modules of the system include:project management module, management module of the collaborators, the task management module, data browsing.
