| [Background]Medical services are related to the vital interests of the people,and they are related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,which is related to the effectiveness of the reform of the medical and health system.In recent years,no matter the government’s investment in the field of health care,the speed,or the expectation of all sectors of society to solve the problem of "can afford to see a disease,accesee to see a disease,treat the disease well",is unprecedented,this gives health care Special and complex industries present enormous challenges and opportunities.On the one hand,if hospitals want to survive and develop in the highly competitive medical market,they must win the satisfaction of more and more critically ill patients;on the other hand,the hospital’s quality diagnosis and treatment services are inseparable from high satisfaction and high quality employees.Therefore,the double satisfaction of medical staff and medical patients is the ultimate goal of the reform of public hospitals in China.However,at present,domestic research on the relationship between the two is rare,especially in the hospital level to explore the relationship between the two is even more blank.[Objective]Based on the actual problems and theoretical research problems in China’s medical system,based on the domestic and international research results,136 three-level public hospitals in China are used as research units to analyze the correlation between medical staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction.Identify the correlation between medical staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction at the hospital level.Based on the relevant analysis,the paper summarizes the path and mechanism of the impact of medical staff satisfaction on patient satisfaction in China’s medical system.Provide reference for health management departments to make relevant decisions,and provide reference for hospital management change trends.It provides inspiration and reference for the hospital to find and solve outstanding problems affecting the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.[Methods]The survey data was obtained through third-party evaluation.Descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the satisfaction of 136 hospital physician and patient satisfaction scores.The correlation analysis between the satisfaction scores of 136 hospital physician and patient satisfaction scores was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation..[Results]The overall satisfaction of hospital medical staff was positively correlated with the overall satisfaction of hospitalized patients,and it was significant(P<0.01).The peer relationship of hospital medical staff was positively correlated with the overall satisfaction of hospitalized patients,and it was significant(P<0.01);the hospitalization staffs willingness to leave was negatively correlated with the overall satisfaction of the inpatients,and was significantly significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The overall satisfaction,peer relationship and turnover intention of medical staff are highly correlated with the overall satisfaction of inpatients,and among the above three related factors,the overall satisfaction of nurses and inpatients is more relevant than doctors.It is recommended to raise awareness of the importance of job satisfaction among medical staff in the whole society,especially the job satisfaction of nurses,and strengthen the construction of team-based hospital culture. |
