Research And Evaluation On The Evaluation Scale Of Children 's Psoriasis Syndrome

Purpose:Community-acquired pneumonia is a kind of pediatric diseases, especially in infants and young children. The diseases was also a major cause of death in infants.Although the traditional chinese medicine can improve children’s clinical symptoms and reduce the pain obviously, but for a long time,the TCM lack of a scientific and effective evaluation system.This study aims to develop a therapeutic evaluation of scale combined disease and syndrome for children’s pneumonia, and as a tool to evaluate the clinical cure efficacy of children’s pneumonia by chinese medicine.Method: Follow the principle of modern psychological measurement and children’s pneumonia theory in TCM, through the expert consultation, information retrieval and a series of steps, preliminary draw up the structure model and items of scale, forming the scale first draft.Choosing 50 cases of children who were diagnosed with CAP and hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,In addition,pick up some healthy children in near community,tested in a small scope, delete or modify items, than made up the initial scale.Collecting 348 cases(150 were healthy children and 198 were diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia), used the expert scoring method, discrete tendency method, repeated measurement method, correlation coefficient method, cronbach’s coefficient method, factor analysis method and logistic regression analysis to screening the preliminary investigation questionnaire items. Choosing 300 children who were diagnosed with CAP and hospitalized in Beijing Children’s Hospital, Capital Medical Uiversity, Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center and First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM in May 2015 to December 2015 as the experimental group. In addition,pick up 301 healthy children who can to the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine took part in the fujiu posted apply as control group.Using the clinical questionnaire of therapeutic evaluation of scale combined disease and syndrome for children’s pneumonia to collect the information, carry on the appraisal through the retest reliability, split-half reliability, internal consistency reliability, content validity, structure validity and reaction degree of statistical method.Results:1.Evaluation of efficacy scale combined disease and syndrome for children’s pneumonia was composed of four areas and 18 items.2.The retest reliability were between 0.780—0.886,split-half reliability were between 0.727-0.912, cronbach’s α coefficients were between 0.609—0.899. Factor analysis table contains the results of the test before the expected logic relationship in the entry.3.This scale can be the difference between healthy children and children with pneumonia, and can response the syndromes of integral’s change after treatment in children with pneumonia.Conclusion:1.According to the results of science evaluation, that the scale has good reliability, validity and reaction degree,the internal structure of scale model is closely related,which can be used to as a standard of therapeutic evaluation of scale combined disease and syndrome for children’s pneumonia.2. The research were mainly in the northeast, north China and south China.Lacking the data of children in the midwest regions, these problems will be gradually improve in the future clinical research.
