ObjectiveTo observe self-designed jiaweiditankaiqiaotang and xingnaojing treating heat phlegm shadow-god synorome of stroke associated pneumonia.Methods66 suitable patients were randomly divided into two groups according to admission time including 33 cases in treatment group and the other 33 cases in control group.The control group was treated with conventional western methods.Besides the conventional western method, the treatment group was treated with ditankaiqiaotang:nanxing 12 g banxian12g dangshen12 g zhuru12g yuanzhi10 g chuanxiong15g zhigan cao3g(patients who were unconscious or dysphagia shouid be placed the tube and with 50 ml injectior pouring into by several times,a dose of every day,in the morning and once,auf nuechternen Magen einnehmen),and XinNao Jing injection 20ml(jiminkexinshan heyaoye Co.,LTD.,wuxi)+normal saline 250 ml intravenous drip, once per day.Observe the symptoms 、signs 、Laboratory indicators、Chest X-ray of the patients before and after.Results1. Lung infection:The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.8%; but the total effective rate was 75.7% in the control group. The rank and inspection statistical analysis,the control group and treatment group total effective rate had statistical significance(P <0.05), the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.2.Consciousness obstacle:The rank and inspection statistical analysis, the control group and treatment group total effective rate had statistical significance(P < 0.05), the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.In the two groups were not found adverse reactions.ConclusionThe treatment of self-designed jiaweiditankaiqiaotang and xingnaojing treating heat phlegm shadow-god synorome of stroke associated pneumonia. is safe and effective.
