Clinical Study On Shenfu Injection In Treating Acute Decompensated Heart Failure

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Shen Fu Injection in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure.Material and method:The 60 acute decompensated heart failure patients of the selection was from People’s hospital of Liaoning Province heart center from2015 January to 2015 December,NYHA cardiac function grade III- IV, left ventricular ejection fraction ≤ 40%, plasma NT Pro-BNP≥1400pg/ml and TCM syndrome type of heart and kidney Yang deficiency. The patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group which according to the random, sequential and double blind test methods.30 cases in the control group were treated with routine therapy including cardiac, diuretic, blood vessel dilatation and placebo(5% Glucose Injection 150 ml intravenous infusion).30 cases the treatment group were treated with routine therapy including cardiac, diuretic, blood vessel dilatation and intravenous infusion of Shen Fu Injection.Observing the changes of NYHA cardiac function,TCM syndrome score,plasma NT-pro BNP,LVEF in the treatment group and control group before and after 1 courses of treatment(7 days as a course of treatment).Results:1. The treatment group which before treatment, grade III of the cardiac function was 15 cases, grade IV of the cardiac function was 15 cases, after 1 week of treatment, grade I was 22 cases, grade II was 6 cases, grade III and IV was1 case;The control group which before treatment, grade III of the cardiac function was 16 cases, grade IV of the cardiac function was 14 cases, after 1 week of treatment, grade I was 14 cases, grade II was 10 cases, grade III and IV was3 case;After treatment,compared the improvement of the two groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2. After treatment, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups which of TCM syndrome score, plasma NT-pro BNP and LVEF(P<0.05). The clinical effects of the treatment group was more obvious than the control group.3. The 60 patients’ safety indexes which of liver and kidney function, blood routine examination, urine routine and stool routine test showed no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:Shen fu injection combined with western medicine to cure acute decompensated heart failure which could improve the clinical symptoms of TCM, and effectively reduce the plasma NT pro BNP level and improve left ventricular ejection fraction and heart function.Clinical curative effect was better than simple western medical treatment.Shen fu injection is worth in clinical promotion and application...
