Clinical Study On Treatment Of Eczema With Spleen And Moxibustion Combined With

Purpose : Through the observation of difference between treatment group(moxibustion and Medicine) and the control group(traditional Chinese medicine) on treating eczema(spleen deficiency with dampness syndrome) patients clinical score difference form, biochemical markers and recurrence rate before and after,to evaluated two programs on the treatment of eczema(spleen deficiency with dampness syndrome) characteristic clinical efficacy for the treatment of eczema Chinese characteristics,to provide better treatment options.Material and method:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, named the treatment group and the control group,both groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks. Among them, the control group with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine(dehumidifier Weiling Decoction); the treatment group on the basis of group therapy on the plus Shenque, Qu Chi(double), Sanyinjiao(double), Zusanli(double). It was recorded before and after treatment changes in DLQI, EASI, VAS score and eosinophil counts. Follow-up recurrence rate 3 months LATER. Using SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1. The two groups of patients before and after treatment in the group: DLQI score, EASI score and VAS scores were significantly improved, were statistically significant(P <0.05), prompt treatment group and the control group were valid.2.Between two groups of patients before and after treatment groups: treatment group DLQI score, EASI and VAS score changes than the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05), prompt treatment group in improving eczema(Spleen wet Yun Syndrome) life quality, extent and size of lesions, itching degree than the control group.3.Two groups of patients before and after treatment: eosinophil count improved no difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05), no significant differences prompt treatment.4. The withdrawal 3 months follow-up, treatment group, the recurrence rate is lower than the control group(P <0.05), prompt treatment group significant long-term effect,reduce the relapse rate.Conclusion:1. Moxibustion drug combination therapy in improving eczema(Spleen wet Yun syndrome) lesions, itching, quality of life is better than traditional Chinese medicine;2. Moxibustion therapy drug combination to treat eczema(Spleen wet Yun Syndrome) reduce the recurrence rate is better than pure Chinese medicine group, better long-term efficacy.
