Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cancerous Body Sore By Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction

1 ObjectiveBy observing the patients with somatic pain taking Yishen Gukang Formula, This topic further verify the curative effect of Yishen Gukang Formula in the treatment of cancer pain in the body and the safety of treatment.2 MethodsIn this study,66 patients who met the criteria of cancer somatic pain were randomly divided into two groups, including 33 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.In the treatment group were only treated with oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets (oxycontin) for cancer pain. The treatment group was given Yishen Gukang formula of professor Fengli prescribed and oxycontin,potion everyday,200ml/ times,twice one day.The patients were taking the formula for 14 days.During these days,researchers needed to record the does of oxycontin that patients took and record the breakthrough pain episodes.Before and after treatment,researchers also needed record the NRS score,KPS score,Pain affects scores and safety evaluation everyday. Finally,researchers evaluated the curative effect of the Formula in the treatment of cancer somatic pain.3 ResultsIn this study,66 cases were included,63 cases were actually completed, including 32 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group. First of all,it is important that compared age,gender,cancer distribution,pain affects scores,NRS score and KPS score,distribution of pain site and the oxycontin dose in first day.There were 32 cases in treatment group,according to statistics,the completed remission of pain accounted for 12.5%; partial remission accounted for 75%,mild remission accounted for 9.4%, no remission was 3%,and 87.5% of the efficiency.31 cases in the control group had 6% of complete remission of pain,54.8% of partial remission,9% of mild remission,9.7% of no remission,60.8% of efficiency.The difference had statistically significant(p<0.05).There was had a statistically significant(p<0.05)in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of NRS score,it is the same that having a statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05).The comparison of KPS score before and after treatment between the two groups had significant difference(p<0.05),but the comparison of the change of the KPS score in each group had no significant difference(p>0.05).The difference of pain affects scores before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group that statistically significant(p>0.05),while the comparison of the each group had significant difference.In the sleep score were remarkably significant differences between the each group after treatment(p<0.05).In the change of the pain affects scores, the mood scores were statistically significant(p<0.05),the others were not statistically significant(p<0.05).The result of the number of breakthrough pain into groups after treatment had statistically significant(P<0.05).No Adverse effect was observed and every safe index was normal during the study(P<0.05).4 ConclusionsIt was found out that severe cancer pain patients with somatic who took Yishen Gukang Formula and oxycontin can obviously relieve pain.And additionally,it is an advantage in reducing the frequency of the outbreak of cancer pain and improve the quality of life and reducing pain affects scores.The Formula has much good action, especially for the improvement of mood and sleep quality. This way has no adverse reactions for the patients with somatic pain.
