Clinical Efficacy Of External Application Of Sanjie Xiaoyu Zhitong Formula For The Treatment Of Moderate To Severe Cancerous Pain In The Body

Objective:Through a prospective,clinical randomized controlled study,to observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Sanjie Xiaoyu Zhitong decoction in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain in the body,evaluate its adverse reactions and safety,and clarify the clinical application value of external application of Sanjie Xiaoyu Zhitong decoction in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain in the body,so as to provide data support for its application in the clinic,aiming to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine,complement each other’s advantages,and explore a method with exact curative effect,small toxic and side effects Standardized comprehensive treatment of cancer pain.Method:For the 60 patients with different degrees of cancer pain who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,they were divided into control and experimental groups according to the principle of randomization,30 patients in each group.All included cases were given basic treatment,and the control group received oxycodone hydrochloride sustainedrelease tablets every day,and the dosage was administered because of individual differences among the patients,once every 12 hours,and the dosage was adjusted according to the condition of pain control,burst pain occurred during the treatment with morphine hydrochloride injection for pain control,and in the experimental group,the external application of loose knot and dissipating stasis analgesia was added on the basis of the control group,applied on the most obvious site of pain,for 7 days as 1 course of treatment,and observed continuously for 1 course.To observe the relevant data such as pain intensity scores,pain relief rates,opioid usage,safety indicators,adverse effects,and quality of life scores recorded in the two groups before and after treatment,the statistical software was applied to the data to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sanjie Xiaoyu Zhitong Formula external application for the treatment of moderate to severe cancerous pain in the body.Results:1.In terms of pain intensity NRS scores: after treatment,the mean NRS scores of both groups were reduced compared with those before treatment,and the reduction in the experimental group was more significant,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.In terms of pain relief rates: after treatment,the experimental group had an overall response rate of 76.7%,6 patients with Cr,17 patients with PR,7 patients with MR,and0 patients with NR,while the control group had an overall response rate of 66.7%,4patients with Cr,16 patients with PR,10 patients with MR,and 0 patients with NR,which was higher than that of the control group after treatment,although P > 0.05,no significant difference was observed.3.In terms of quality of life scores: after treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups improved significantly,and the experimental group was superior to the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.In terms of opioid use: the two groups did not differ significantly in their pretreatment opioid doses,were comparable,and after treatment,the mean opioid dose in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In terms of the occurrence and safety of adverse reactions: the statistical analysis and comparison of the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during the observation showed that there was no statistical significance,and the safety indicators of the two groups of patients during the observation were within the normal range.Conclusion:1.Sanjie Xiaoyu Zhitong decoction external application for the treatment of moderate to severe cancerous pain in the body can effectively reduce NRS scores,relieve pain intensity,and effectively reduce opioid use in patients,with a synergistic and synergistic effect.2.Sanjie Xiaoyu Zhitong decoction external application for the treatment of moderate to severe cancerous pain in the body can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.3.Sanjie Xiaoyu Zhitong decoction external application for the treatment of moderate to severe cancerous pain in the body did not increase the incidence of adverse effects in patients,had no obvious toxic effects,and had a high safety profile.
