| [BACKGROUND]Acute ischemic stroke and acute hemorrhagic stroke both belong to Apoplexia of Chinese Traditional Medicine. As one of the four mainly stubborn symptoms of Chinese Traditional Medicine, these kind of malady have already being regarded as one of the most severe three diseases in the contemporary world, which attract increasingly pivotal attention of the mass. Nowadays, a series of Sanchi medication is applied to therapy acute stroke, and a great number of relative experiments of curing effect are on the way.[OBJECTIVE]This project is designed for evaluating the medical function of curing patients who suffer from acute stroke by using Sanchi medicine that is used in hospitals by system assessment to get rational and objective conclusion of real medical influence of this specific kind of medication. Moreover, the program aims to supply more scientific and reasonable proof of evidence-based medicine to doctors and scientists.This project is divided into two parts:1. Literature Review:In this part, author demonstrates the development of stroke therapy by Sanchi medication. Illustrating causes, indicating the interpretation of the causes, and taking a view of traditional Chinese medical articles, as well as showing some results of relative clinical experiments, the author discusses the importance of promoting blood circulation, the advantages of using Sanchi medicine to cure stroke and realization of evidence-based medicine respectively.2. The assessment of clinical function of Sanchi medicine therapy of acute stroke[METHOD]This research evaluates the effect of Sanchi medication in curing acute ischemic stroke and acute hemorrhagic stroke separately. In the firs step, researchers collect all relative materials published before 26.22.2015 in major websites and some journals, magazines and medical books. After that, some work such as drawing and applying exclusive and conclusive principles, quality evaluation and Meta Analysis are all basic on Cochrane booklet’s requirement. In the last section, we discuss experimental result to draw a conclusive conclusion.[RESULTS]1. The effect of Sanchi medication in curing Acute ischemic stroke This part of research finally included 24 articles which makes up with 3060 patients. There are 22 projects information about Chinese nerve damage level,9 experiments indicate Messs,3 projects shows proof about Nihss and 6,6,2,4 articles demonstrate different fields of blood condition. Additionally, parts of essays report some information only, so we merely assess these fields by description. The result of Meta Analysis reveals that all experimental groups behave better than counterpart placebo groups, and the result has statistical meaning.2. The effect of Sanchi medication in curing Acute hemorrhagic stroke This part of research finally included 9 reports which are comprised of 725 patients. Among those articles,3 projects provide information about Chinese nerve damage level,5 experiments indicate Messs and 7 projects shows proof about the volume of brain hematoncus. Additionally, a few essays report some information only, thus the only thing we can do is merely assessing these fields by description. The result of Meta Analysis reveals that all experimental groups witness a better recovery than counterpart placebo groups, and the result has statistical meaning.[CONCLUSION]In terms of acute ischemic stroke, Sanchi medicine performs functional as for improving verve function, increasing quality of patients’ lives, recovering condition of blood and decreasing proportion of palindromia. When it comes to acute hemorrhagic stroke, this kind of medication is able to promote blood absorbing, boost verve recovery and relief hydrocus. Nevertheless, all inclusive articles have poor quality, hence the results of this project cannot draw a impeachable conclusion. In order to draw a better conclusion, higher quality researches need to be required. Wish to meet better experiments in the future. |
