| Objective:Stroke is an acute cerebrovascular disease with problems of brain function or structure and circulation problems caused by cerebral blood flow performed by cerebral blood-vessel block or rupture. Due to the rapid onset of stroke, change quickly, similar to the wind of change, in the traditional Chinese medical science, stroke also called "apoplexy". In this research literatures of modern medicine and the traditional Chinese medical science on the stroke were summaried and reviewed for stroke awareness and research progress. And at the same time, we observed the ischemic stroke clinical curative effect treated by drugs for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and general treatment of modern medicine, in order to explore a more effective treatment method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,and meanwhile master the basic steps of clinical research.Methods:To Choose55patients who meet the inclusion criteria and inclusion criteria of ischemic stroke, randomly divided into the treatment group (27cases) and the control group (28cases). Both groups were given by ischaemic stroke conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group additionaly were given drugs for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, also called Buyang Huanwu Decoction, based on western medicine in the control group therapy,with the basic party:astragalus for60g; Caulis Spatholobi, Salvia each for30g, lumbricus for15g, angelica root for12g, peach kernel, Ligusticum wallichii, root of common peony. Carthamus tinctorius, zaocys dhumnade each for10g. Both groups were given with continuously2treatment treatment,2weeks for a period of treatment. The two groups were observed before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the symptom score, neural function defect scale and routine blood, kidney and liver function, ecg changes, etc, and also were analyzed by statistics.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was92.59%, much higher than67.86%of the control group with pure western medicine treatment (x2=5.256, P <0.05); Symptoms points in the treatment group after treatment significantly lower than before, also significantly lower than that of the control group after pure western medicine treatment (P<0.05); The hematuria dung, kidney and liver function, conventional electrocardiogram, coagulant function checks in two groups before and after treatment were not significantly difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Drugs for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation treated on ischemic stroke can significantly improve the treatment curative effect of modern medicine, and remit the clinical symptoms, with low side effects,which is a kind of effective treatment methods. |
