Fungus, is famous delicacies of China, which contains many mineral elements needed by the body, such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, and so on. It also has a higher content of crude protein, amino acids and carbohydrates. Among these things, black fungus polysaccharides have the function of dropping lipids, improving immune function, anticoagulant, antithrombotic, anti-tumor, anti-aging, anti-radiation, antibacterial, hypoglycemic, anti-ulcer, anti-hepatitis, resolving the stones and to promote a variety of effects on serum protein biosynthesis. How can we improve the utilization rate of extraction of various nutrients in the fungus, as well as how the human body can accelerate the absorption of its nutrients, have being attracting more and more attention in recent years. In addition, the application of the fungus in the other field of medicine is also being explored.This article explores a variety of preparation methods of the health care products of fungus, which provide a kind of good pharmacy fungus health care products of effective content, solubility dissolution and safety. It can also be more easily absorbed by the body. Then we made a preliminary quality control study on it. Using the ultra micro fungus powder as pharmaceutic adjuvant, according to the characteristics of the fungus, to improve the stability of the drug. And the preliminary evidence of delaying drug release of the ultra micro fungus has been found.This article explores the new fungus preparations, to explore the feasibility of its higher content tablets and granules. After preparations, we explored different grinding method-ordinary crushing fungus powder and ultra micro fungus powder to compare their dissolution of polysaccharides with the commercial ones. According to the pharmacopoeia requirements, we made some quality inspection of different prescriptions to compare the pros and cons. The feasibility as pharmaceutic adjuvant of fungus has been explored. Two unstable drug-resveratrol and curcumin have been selected as the model drug, with the use of a certain percentage of ultra-fungus powder as the adjuvant, to explore the improvement of the stability. Another drug-nifedipine has been selected to explore the delayed release function of the fungus in vitro dissolution. Then we choose the best prescription of nifedipine tablets, to compare with the commercial ones.By the results of this study found that:(1) After comparing the ordinary crushing fungus powder with the ultra micro fungus powder preparations,we found that the latter has the higher soluble polysaccharide content, and it is much more higher than the commercial ones as well; (2) After the prescription exploration, we ultimately determine the best dosage form of granules, which fungus powder containing up to 80%; (3)The ultra micro fungus powder enables the light stability and thermal stability of resveratrol and curcumin to be improved to some extent; (4) The ultra micro fungus powder enables nifedipine tablets to achieve a certain delayed release effect through its contrast with the commercial ones to determine the best prescription. |
