In recent years, a variety of bone diseases such as bone hyperplasia, jointinflammation of bone and bone atrophy or necrosis, bone cancer and fracture bonedisease patients are increasing, puts forward higher requirements on bone surgery. Inthe process of bone surgery, some traditional machining methods such as drilling,cutting, milling and other machining methods have been widely used in bone surgery.Grinding as a kind of traditional precision machining method, is being used more andmore in bone surgery in the removal of bone tissue in recent years, such as the use ofwire saw or tiny spherical grinding head to remove bone tissue. Alone with grindingtechnology in the application of bone surgery, the study of the grinding mechanism ofbone tissue whose structure is complex and anisotropic is very necessary. Based onthe discuss in the above, the paper carries thoroughly and systematically research onthe influence of grinding force, grinding temperature and grinding wheel blockageproblem; discusses the influence laws of the grinding process parameters on grindingforce, grinding temperature and grinding wheel blockage, reveals the grinding wheelloading mechanism of bone tissue; provides theory basis on controlling andoptimizing of grinding parameters, reducing grinding damage on bone tissue andimproving the quality of surgery. In this paper, the work mainly includes:1) The paper analyses and summarize the compact bone tissue composition,structure and mechanical properties, tests the hardness and compression strength ofbone tissue, the bone tissue Vickers hardness(HV) of three directions are49.38,47.436,43.926respectively, the bone tissue compression strength of three directionsare98.07MPa,136.67MPa,163.50MPa respectively.(2) Studying the effects of grinding parameters on grinding force, in the processof bone tissue grinding, grinding force increases with the increase of grinding depthand table speed, and decreases as the speed of grinding wheel. In the same grindingconditions, the diamond grinding wheel grinding force is much smaller than thealumina grinding wheel grinding force. (3) Studying the influence law of grinding parameters on grinding temperature,in the process of bone tissue grinding, grinding temperature increases with theincrease of grinding depth and speed of grinding wheel, in the same grindingconditions, the diamond grinding wheel grinding temperature is much smaller thanthe alumina grinding wheel grinding.(4)Revealing the grinding wheel loading mechanism of bone tissue,becausebone tissue contains a certain amount of glycoprotein, in the process of grinding,abrasive dust at a high grinding temperature and extrusion stress adheres in thesurface of the grinding wheel easily to make grinding wheel blockage; study theinfluence law of grinding parameters on grinding wheel blockage, and analyzes thealumina grinding wheel and diamond wheel grinding bone wheel loadingcharacteristics. As the wheel jams, bone grinding force increase, the fluctuations ofthe grinding force increases, and grinding temperature rises.The research results of this paper will provide certain theoretical guidance andexperimental basis on the application of grinding technology in the bone surgery. |
