| Acanthopanax senticocus(Rupr.Et Maxim.)Harms is an Araliaceae plant,is one of the commonly used medicinal materials in northern China.All Acanthopanax senticosus plants can be used as medicine,especially the leaves are commonly used.Acanthopanax senticosus has pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor,anti-fatigue,anti-stress,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,and immune regulation,etc.It is often used to treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes and other clinical conditions.This topic uses Acanthopanax senticosus leaves as materials to study the dry method(vibration ultrafine crushing)and wet method(high pressure homogenization)two ultrafine crushing methods for the characteristics of Acanthopanax senticosus leaf powder,simulated in vitro digestion of Acanthopanax senticosus Leaf ultrafine powder main active substance release and its anti-oxidation effect.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Acanthopanax senticosus leaves undergo ultra-fine crushing treatment,which improves the powder characteristics of Acanthopanax senticosus leaves to a certain extent,can significantly reduce the particle size of Acanthopanax senticosus leaf powder,and make Sensory,filling,hydration,wettability,oil retention,hygroscopicity,emulsification and emulsification stability have been significantly improved,fluidity has been significantly reduced,there is also a difference in color between ultra-fine grinding and conventional grinding,and the color of ultra-fine powder is bright Evenly.(2)Studies on the digestion of Acanthopanax senticosus leaf powder using in vitro simulated gastrointestinal fluid showed that as the particle size of the powder decreased,the release amount increased,compared with the general coarse powder,the total flavonoid release amount of vibrating ultrafine powder and high pressure homogeneous ultrafine powder Increased by 47.68%and 42.27%,soluble polysaccharide increased by 81.25%and 106.25%,soluble protein increased by 68.18%and 95.45%.(3)After ultrafine crushing treatment,the antioxidant capacity of Acanthopanax senticosus leaves has been improved.Compared with ordinary coarse powder,vibratory ultrafine crushing and high-pressure homogeneous ultrafine crushing have the ability to scavenge hydroxyl radicals(·OH),superoxide anion radicals(O2-·)and DPPH radicals.The removal capacity has been increased by 58.65%and 72.61%,20.32%and 63.21%,16.30%and47.63%,respectively.(4)After ultrafine crushing treatment of Acanthopanax senticosus leaves,the hypoglycemic effect in vitro has been improved to a certain extent.Compared with ordinary coarse powder,the inhibition rate ofα-glucosidase,DPP-Ⅳandα-amylase activity by vibration ultrafine crushing and high-pressure homogeneous ultrafine crushing increased by3.43 times,4.80 times,2.45 times 3.36 times,2.41 times and 2.97 times.The results of this topic show that the two ultra-fine crushing methods can effectively improve the powder characteristics of Acanthopanax senticosus leaf powder,promote the release of its main active ingredients,and can significantly enhance its antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities in vitro.In the future,we should further devote ourselves to research the technology of Acanthopanax senticosus food safety,deep processing,etc.,and make full use of its good antioxidant and hypoglycemic properties to develop functional products such as food and medicine to improve the comprehensive utilization of Acanthopanax senticosus raw materials rate. |
