The prevention and treatment of infectious diseases facing the threaten of the resurgence of old infectious diseases and the increasing of new infectious diseases, the Yunnan border area, the climate is hot and humid, suitable for a variety of bacteria breeding, high mountains, dense forests, no natural and artificial barriers. Economic development of backward, inadequate sanitation, weak awareness of prevention of border residents, the special natural environment and the social environment, resulting in the occurrence of infectious disease in Yunnan border region. Border infectious disease prevention and control is not a single Department of health or entry and exit inspection and quarantine departments will be able to control, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases is a system engineering, need prevention and cures to combine, border residents need to change habits, raise awareness of disease prevention, but also need to integrate the resources, departments are matched with each other, to nip in the bud, to cooperate in monitoring and early warning, emergency response, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in border area really put in place.This paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis, and in-depth interview method. Theory of literature analysis mainly inductive summary of the field at home and abroad to multi sectoral cooperation through to each department and project responsible for in-depth interviews to understand the border area of infectious disease prevention and control departments cooperation status and bear the responsibilities, master Pu’er City, the global fund malaria control program to carry out the condition and the practice experience, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing from Pu’er City, the global fund malaria control project multi sectoral cooperation management experience for the construction of the border areas of infectious diseases prevention and control of multi sectoral cooperation framework to provide theory and experience for reference.Through the research and analysis of the status quo of infectious disease prevention and control in Yunnan border areas, the problems in Yunnan border infectious diseases are found:insufficient capacity of rural medical and health ability, the lack of the necessary conditions for the prevention and control of infectious diseases, the lack of cooperation among the health institutions, and the lack of cooperation consciousness among different departments. Pu’er City, the global fund malaria control project in the sixth round of the project mainly for malaria prevention and control in border areas to carry out, including multi sectoral cooperation mode can provide the experience for reference for this paper.Through the comprehensive analysis of the epidemic prevention and control of Yunnan border area, we believe that the Yunnan border areas of infectious diseases through the establishment of a multi sectoral cooperation management mechanism, the establishment of cooperative leadership team to establish a cooperative management model, including information reporting system, real responsibility target management system, cooperative supervision and assessment system and other mechanisms to regulate multi sectoral cooperation. Accoding to establish the prevention and cure mechanism of multi sectoral cooperation to achieve the goals of strengthen the treatment of infectious diseases in the border areas of Yunnan, strengthen the management of the community and the entry and exit, strengthen national health education.
