Study And Implement On Chaotic Neural Network Of Raw Material Purchase Model

Supply chain management is the key in the industrial enterprises that characterize continuous production and the raw material purchase is one of the important links of the supply chain. The computer technology is adopted to accomplish the supply chain management systems including the management system of supply merchant relationship, the decision system of raw material purchase, the management system of product circulation and stock management system, among which the material purchase decision system is the core. With the principle of minimum purchase cost, it establishes a model of raw material supply, draws up the scheme for it, and controls the purchase quantity. It is not only one of the hot topics of working flow technology, but also an important topics researchers pay attention to. Therefore, this paper focuses on the issue of the decision system of raw material purchase.In the process of research, some optimization algorithms will be used. Due to the limitation of the traditional optimization algorithm and the fact that intelligent optimization is gaining wider range of application, the thesis concentrates on the research of chaotic neural network. A newly improved chaotic neural network has been proposed to integrate chaotic dynamics and convergence dynamics on the basis of traditional chaotic neural network, so as to overcome the shortcoming of neural network optimization that tends to converge at local optima.In the practical situation of the raw material purchase of Zhuzhou Smelter, a purchase model is established and the chaotic neural network is applied to the model to obtain an optimized purchase strategy in this paper. Results show that a considerable amount of capital has been saved with the application of this optimized strategy.The intelligent integrated purchase optimization strategy, which the thesis put forward, is based on the analysis and sum-up of the characters of the raw material supply of nonferrous metallurgy enterprise. The system can be further extended to the material supply process of other types of enterprises. What's more, these methods provide a new way of thinking in enterprise's modernization of management.
