More and more electronic records is builded in company in this day, the pigeonholing of e-Records is the important task for archives, so We need to build an pigeonholed system for archives of company. The open is required for pigeonholed system, and the e-Records when it's filed should be assured tauthenticity, integrality and validityThe secrecy is a important aspect for pigeonholed system of Archives, and the key problem is how to assure the transmission information security in pigeonholing. In order to solve the problem better, the author bring forward a transmission information security mode and its solution, which refers to some XML secure protocols and makes use of XML's advantages in information exchange and information definition and adopts some information encryption strategies. The purpose of the security mode to be brought forward is to assure the e-Records in pigeonholed system to be transmissed more securely. The security mode is one mode which basing on XML and transmissing by HTTP+SSL. It can assure the transmission information more security by establishing the XML transmission information application protocol and utilizing information encryption strategies in virtue of the application protocol and combining the SOAP protocol and HTTP application. In order to recalled in pigeonholed system, we use the Java language to design the security mode. The security mode is designed for some class by dint of security provider, so it is security basis for the pigeonhole system building an using.
