In recent years, the development in the construction enterprises is becoming very quickly. But with the rapid expansion of the construction market, nowadays, there are many shortcomings being revealed, such as higher cost, lower operational efficiency etc. The most important reason why the operational efficiency is so low is that the information technology can not catch up with what it should be, that is to say, the information communication among project participants can't share dynamically. With the development of the network technology and the information technology, informatization has becoming the trend to many construction enterprises. So, it is necessary to design a transfer platform of the enterprise management information to communicate and monitor information each other for improving operational efficiency and regulating work flow.Aim for above questions, according to the character of construction enterprises and the development of information technology, the thesis analyze the project organization model of the construction enterprises ,design a management information model that centre on the project management and integrate project participants by analyzing the requirement of project management information system ,found up the framework ,the structure ,and the main function module of the information system of the construction project management. To resolve these problems, the management information system was designed to satisfy the requirement of a construction enterprise. Based on Web, three-tiered architecture and ADO.NET technology, the system was implemented and applied to practice. The practice proves that system can improve efficiency and reduce cost. The project management information system gains the praises of users.
